Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return period. This includes your statutory rights, where applicable, as well as IONNYK's voluntary return policy described below. To start a return, please contact us at support@ionnyk.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution. If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, or if you received the wrong item, IONNYK will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights described below, IONNYK offers a voluntary 30-day return period. To be eligible for a return under this voluntary return policy after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the item must be returned in its original condition, complete with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Please contact us at support@ionnyk.com before returning any product. Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods, without having to provide any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day period by contacting us at support@ionnyk.com. A withdrawal form can also be provided upon request at the same email address.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal.

You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

In the event of withdrawal due to a change of mind, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Please contact us at support@ionnyk.com before returning your product so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, as well as other products or services for which an exception to the right of withdrawal applies under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact us at support@ionnyk.com. Where appropriate, the fastest way to obtain another product may be to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you regarding your refund. Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
