Can I display my own photographs on an IONNYK frame?
Absolutely. Every IONNYK frame lets you display your own photographs through the IONNYK app. Depending on your membership, you can upload a number of personal photographs each month and build your own growingdigital collection in your private Digital Vault.
Thanks to IONNYK’s patented Image Rendering Process, your memories are transformed into beautiful paper-like photographs with the timeless appearance of ink on paper. Your personal collection remains available in your Digital Vault, allowing you to revisit and rediscover your favourite moments whenever you wish.
One year battery autonomy? Really? What happens when the battery is empty?
Yes. Thanks to electronic paper technology, an IONNYK frame can operate for up to one year on a single charge, depending on usage. When it’s time to recharge, simply connect the included magnetic USB-C charging cable. You can check the battery level anytime in the IONNYK mobile app, and once fully charged, your frame is ready for up to another year of autonomy.
Is there a visible power cable attached to the frame?
No. IONNYK is completely wireless. There are no visible power cables, no hidden wires and no need for a permanent power connection. Hang it wherever you like, just like a traditional framed photograph.
Thanks to electronic paper technology, IONNYK consumes almost no energy while displaying a photograph, providing up to one year of battery autonomy on a single charge.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Every IONNYK frame works perfectly without a subscription and already includes the complimentary Taste of IONNYK experience: 30 curated artworks per month, 5 personal photo uploads per month and your own Digital Vault.
For customers who would like even more, additional memberships unlock a larger selection of artworks, increased personal photo uploads and exclusivefeatures.
What happens if my IONNYK frame stops working?
Every IONNYK frame is carefully designed and manufactured in Belgium to meet the highest quality standards. If you ever experience a technical issue, simply contact our support team at support@ionnyk.com. We’ll guide you
through the troubleshooting process and, if necessary, arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with your warranty.
Every IONNYK frame is covered by our 2-year warranty, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory consumer rights applicable under local law.
